In Vladimir sentenced the organizer of the drug laboratory

The Vladimir Regional Court announced the verdict in a criminal case against a local resident accused of committing a crime under Part 5 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (production of narcotic drugs on an especially large scale committed by an organized group).

It was established that a man in an organized group equipped an underground laboratory in a non-residential building in the Alexander district. At the expense of accomplices, chemical equipment for the synthesis of prohibited substances was purchased. In January 2026, the activity of the shop was stopped, more than 30 kg of drugs were seized.

The prosecution was represented by Deputy Prosecutor of the Vladimir region Anton Zhukov. The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor's office about the need for strict punishment.

15 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony.

A land plot with a non-residential building (narcollaboratory) is turned into the property of the state. The sentence has not entered into force.

Illegal consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues causes harm to health, their illegal trafficking is prohibited and entails liability established by law.
