The press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on the incident at the CAD. It happened on the 31st kilometer of the road in the Vsevolozhsky district.

There, two workers were covered with sand in the trench. One of them even before the arrival of rescuers was removed by eyewitnesses and handed over to the arrived ambulance doctors. He's hospitalized.

The second worker was removed by firefighters and also handed over to doctors, but they could only state his death. The personnel of the 147th fire department of Lenoblpozhspass worked at the site.
