The driver of the bus, en route from Minsk to Vilnius, tried to hide from customs control more than 25 thousand euros

The Minsk-Vilnius bus driver made an unsuccessful attempt to hide more than 25,000 euros from customs control. The violation was revealed by law enforcement officers of the Operational and Grodno regional customs. This was reported in the GTK, writes sb.by.

To cross the border, the bus arrived from Minsk at the checkpoint "Stone Log". The driver of the vehicle, a citizen of Lithuania, followed the green corridor, which indicated that he had no goods and money to declare.

Grodno customs officers examined the man - cash was hidden in his underwear.

In respect of the citizen, an administrative process has been initiated in accordance with Part 2 of Article 15.1 of the Administrative Code. The hidden funds were seized before the court decision.
