The driver of a foreign car made a mass accident in the area of a tire plant in Barnaul and fled
In the evening of October 26 in Barnaul there was a mass accident, which injured two people.
It is known that the accident occurred at 18:40 in the area of the house No14 on the Avenue of Cosmonauts. According to the agency, the unidentified driver of the Toyota Karina car was moving along the Avenue of Cosmonauts in the direction of Malakhov Street and went to a meeting, where he collided with Volkswagen Polo cars under the control of a 49-year-old man, Renault Logan is a 54-year-old driver, UAZ Patriot under the control of a 51-year-old man and Daihatsu Tanto, driven by a 28-year-old driver. After the collision, the car “UAZ Patriot” was thrown on the SUV “Haval Jolyon” under the control of a 62-year-old man.
As a result of the traffic accident, two passengers were injured. The passenger of the UAZ Patriot car and the passenger of the Hawala car were provided with the necessary medical care, hospitalization was not required.
The Toyota driver fled the scene. Currently, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate conduct operational-search measures aimed at establishing his identity and all the circumstances of the incident.
