According to the press service of the city administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the young man sat behind the wheel of his girlfriend’s car without a driver’s license. In the parking lot of the shopping center on the street named after V. M. Komarov, he made dangerous maneuvers with skids.

In relation to the young man, protocols were drawn up for driving a car without rights and creating obstacles in road traffic. The materials were transferred to the commission on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights.

The owner of the car was prosecuted for transferring control of the car to a person who does not know that he has a driver's license. In addition, she was charged with non-payment of an administrative fine within the prescribed period.
