Developer in Tuapse ordered to pay off debts on wages to 40 employees

In Tuapse, it was possible to achieve the repayment of a large arrears on wages: 40 employees of the construction enterprise received money due to them - a total of 1.6 million rubles.

It is noted that in September 2026 the company did not pay wages to its employees. To restore the labor rights of citizens, the supervisory authority made a submission to the head of the organization and filed lawsuits in the interests of employees with the requirement to recover the accumulated debt.

The demands of the prosecutor's office were satisfied by the court. In addition, against the head of the enterprise, a case was opened on an administrative offense under Part 6 of Art. 5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation - for late payment of wages.

Thanks to the measures of prosecutorial response, the debt to employees has been fully repaid, their labor rights have been restored, the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
