Two residents of the Saratov region spun more than 3 million rubles, trusting the fraudsters.

In Balashov, the interlocutor convinced the woman to sponsor the illegal activities of the organization located in another country. A local resident transferred more than $3 million to "safe accounts." This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Saratov region.

In Balakovo, fraudsters intimidated another 53-year-old woman. The victim transferred more than 150 thousand to the accounts of attackers posing as security officers. They convinced the gullible Saratov woman that only in this way her money would be protected and in order.

Both women in the region neglected security measures and failed to heed previous police warnings of such fraud.

Earlier, the victim of phone scams was an 86-year-old man who lost all savings. Believing the false investigators, the Tverishan collected 3 022 000 rubles, put the money in a red package and handed over to the courier in the yard of his house.
