A resident of Biysk shot the new boyfriend of the former partner
In Biysk, a 39-year-old local resident is suspected of murdering a new gentleman of a former partner because of jealousy. Man faces up to 15 years in prison
According to the investigation, a resident of the science city after parting with a former cohabitant continued to communicate with her, including raising her daughter. From the materials of the case it is known that one of the September days the man came to the ex-lover and heard her talking on the phone with his new boyfriend. There was a quarrel between the Biyans amid jealousy. The next day, a rival came home to the suspect. In the course of clarifying the relationship, the defendant took a pneumatic rifle and shot the man, hitting the neck. The victim died from the injury.
On the fact of what happened against the Biychan opened a criminal case under part 1 of article 105 of the criminal code (murder). At present, at the request of the investigator, the court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention against the suspect.
