A resident of Cherepovets was detained for stabbing because of jealousy

In the dock in Cherepovets city court was a 38-year-old native of a foreign state, who temporarily lives in Cherepovets. The man was sentenced to imprisonment. He is accused of intentionally causing serious harm to health.

According to the materials of the investigation, on the night of October 3, the suspect was near one of the houses on Victory Avenue. He had a conflict with a 25-year-old friend of his partner, also a citizen of another state. The man took a knife and stabbed the opponent in the stomach.

A criminal case has been opened. The defendant has been charged.
