A resident of the Gryazinsky district lost “Mitsubisi” because of the alimony debt of 280 thousand

The bailiffs of the Gryazinsky district branch of the FSSP of Russia in the Lipetsk region arrested the car of a local resident who evaded the maintenance of three minor children.

The debt of the man exceeded 280 thousand rubles, reported in the regional Department of the Ministry. The debtor knew about the court decision, but did not want to pay alimony - that is why the amount of debt grew to such a significant size. Within the time allotted for voluntary repayment, the money was never received, after which the citizen was subjected to compulsory measures.

In the course of enforcement actions, the bailiffs established that the defaulter, according to traffic police, is a car Mitsubishi Lancer 2005 release. The vehicle was arrested.

The bailiff explained to the debtor: if the debt is not paid within the prescribed period, the car will be evaluated and transferred for sale. The proceeds will be used to pay off the debt to the children.

The FSSP reminds that the arrest of property remains one of the effective measures of influence on defaulters of alimony, and evasion of the maintenance of minors entails not only property restrictions, but also other measures of legal liability.
