A resident of the Lipetsk region will pay 15 thousand rubles for a fake tractor driver’s license

23-year-old resident of Lebedyansky district was fined 15 thousand rubles for using a fake license tractor driver. The man presented the document when applying for a job as a forklift driver in June 2025.

According to the joint press service of the judicial system of the Lipetsk region, the young man acquired a certificate in his name from an unknown person in 2022.

In court, the man pleaded guilty, filed a confession and transferred a voluntary donation to one of the charitable foundations. These circumstances, as well as data on the identity of the defendant, the court took into account when imposing the sentence.

As a result, the Lebedyansky district court found the man guilty of using a deliberately forged official document and imposed a fine of 15 thousand rubles.
