As established during the proceedings, from March to May 2025, an unknown person offered a resident of Novomoskovsk a monetary reward for him to become the head and sole founder of the two organizations. The man did not really need to manage companies or conduct activities in them. Having agreed to the offer for the sake of earnings, he provided his documents for the registration of companies. In May and June 2025, information about them was submitted to the EGRUL.
In court, the man fully admitted his guilt. On October 29, 2026, he was found guilty under part 1 of Article 173.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and fined 100,000 rubles.
Until the sentence enters into legal force, the convicted person will remain under a signature of not leaving and proper conduct. The court decision has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.
