On all the facts, criminal cases were initiated under Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Theft”).
In relation to the defendant, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a subscription not to leave and proper behavior. Police officers continue to work to establish the possible involvement of the detainee in other similar crimes in the region.
