The Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Stavropol Territory completed the investigation of the criminal case of fraud with municipal lands. Five defendants went to the dock: the former chairman of the board of one of the country non-profit partnerships, a cadastral engineer and three residents of the regional center.
According to the investigation, the chairman of the board of DNT looked for suitable municipal plots, after which he produced extracts from the minutes of general meetings and certificates of membership in the partnership. These documents included false information about the allocation of land to specific persons - three accused who acted as nominal purchasers and did not have legal rights to allotments. Cadastral engineer provided clarification of boundaries and area of plots.
Then the defendants sent the prepared papers to the authorized bodies. Receiving refusals, they went to the courts with claims for recognition of ownership, providing fictitious evidence. On the basis of the effective decisions, ownership was registered.
Thus, the attackers managed to illegally issue four land plots worth more than 3 million rubles. Three more sites they tried to get, but to bring the plan to the end could not: the court refused to provide, and the decisions did not come into force. The criminal case has been sent to court.
