A resident of the Tbilisi district of the Krasnodar Territory repaid arrears on alimony in the amount of more than 1.2 million rubles, giving a minor child half of the apartment

A resident of the Tbilisi district of the Krasnodar Territory repaid arrears on alimony in the amount of more than 1.2 million rubles, giving a minor child half of the apartment. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory.
The enforcement proceedings on the recovery of alimony were carried out in the Tbilisi district office of bailiffs. According to the claimant, the bailiff calculated the debt for the last three years. Since the man did not have a permanent job, the amount was determined based on the average salary in Russia.
To ensure the fulfillment of obligations, the bailiff issued a decree prohibiting registration actions from 1/2 of the share of the apartment, which was jointly acquired property of the spouses. After a conversation with the bailiff and clarification of possible measures of administrative and criminal liability, the debtor decided to transfer his share of real estate to a minor child under a gift agreement to repay the debt.
The claimant provided a receipt of full repayment of the debt exceeding 1.2 million rubles. According to the Ministry, the rights of the minor child restored.
Earlier, another resident of the Krasnodar Territory paid off the debt on alimony for his daughter after the arrest of a car.
