At the exit from Rostov-on-Don on the morning of October 11, a strong smoke was noticed. Local residents report a fire in the area of Aksai Avenue.

According to eyewitnesses, dense clouds of dark smoke rose above the scene. They formed a long plume stretching along the horizon.
