As established by the investigation and the court, in the spring of this year, the 25-year-old woman ordered two gold chains of the 585th sample at Wilberries. Later she came to the place of delivery of orders and issued their return.
But she returned not the same gold jewelry, but others, very similar, but not gold. She previously ordered these chains through the account of her friend.
In court, the woman pleaded guilty. She made amends.
The court found her guilty of fraud and ordered to pay a fine of 40,000 rubles, the joint press service of the Mari El courts reports.
The sentence has not entered into force.
