A resident of Muravlenko received a suspended sentence for a knife wound to the stomach

In Muravlenko convicted a local resident for intentional infliction of serious harm to health. The woman stabbed a friend in the stomach, reported in the press service of the city court.

The incident occurred during the conflict on the basis of a personal hostile relationship. The Northern woman struck the victim with a knife in the abdomen, which caused serious harm to health, dangerous to human life.

The court found the woman guilty under paragraph "h" of part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and imposed a sentence of three years of suspended imprisonment with a probation period of three years. Severyanka should report to the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and not change places of residence and work without notifying the authority.
