As the investigation found out, the criminal scheme worked for more than a year - from July 2023 to November 2024. The suspect offered citizens assistance in processing real estate transactions. She entered into verbal contracts with clients for full legal support when buying a home, took money from them, but did not even plan to fulfill her promises. As a result, people did not receive real estate, and the total amount of damage exceeded 4.4 million rubles.

The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecution and appointed the defendant a real term of imprisonment. The next 2 years and 6 months, the woman will spend in a general regime colony.

The sentence has not entered into force and can be appealed.

Earlier, "MK in Novosibirsk" reported that in Obi, the employer did not pay a minor for work in the PVZ.
