The Kirov district court of Tomsk has sentenced a 19-year-old resident of Novosibirsk. She was found guilty of attempted drug trafficking.
So, in June 2026, a resident of a neighboring region decided to make money selling drugs. She conspired with an unidentified person and received from him the coordinates of the bookmark with a batch of a substance containing methadone, a total weight of just under 46 grams.
Taking 200 packages in Novosibirsk, the girl had to bring them to Tomsk and put them in hiding. She reached her destination, but could not bring her plans to the end - she was detained by police officers.
The defendant admitted guilt. Agreeing with the position of the state prosecutor, the court sentenced her to 7 years in prison with serving in a general regime correctional colony. Also confiscated mobile phone used in the crime.
