A resident of the Rostov region was carried away by a wave into the sea during a storm in Teriberka

A resident of the Rostov region was in the Barents Sea after a storm wave. The incident occurred on November 6 on the beach of Dragon eggs in the village of Teriberka.

The girl was on the beach and took pictures. Suddenly she was covered by a strong wave and carried into the water. Along with the tourist in the sea was a man.

After a while, the next wave threw the girl back to shore. According to TASS, she was diagnosed with fractures and hypothermia. The victim is now in hospital.

The second tourist was not returned to the shore. Rescuers are still searching for the man.

As reported in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Murmansk region, the last days in the region remain windy weather. At the same time, according to the regional Ministry of Tourism and Entrepreneurship, tourists were accompanied by a certified instructor-guide.
