A resident of Voronezh, masquerading a policeman in the store, was punished with a fine

In June 2026, at the Pyaterochka shopping point, located on Artamonov Street in Voronezh, a police officer representing the juvenile affairs unit performed official duties. He came to check information about a minor left unattended by adults. At this point, one of the visitors to the store began to express obscene language against the law enforcement officer, thereby publicly humiliating the representative of the authorities in the presence of other people.

The magistrate of the judicial precinct No. 2 in the Railway district of the Voronezh region, considered the case and made a decision to recognize a local resident guilty of an offense under Article 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - this applies to cases of insulting an official in the performance of his powers.

The defendant fully admitted her guilt. Given the mitigating circumstances, the judge decided to recover from the offender monetary compensation in the amount of 15 thousand rubles.
