Investigators opened a criminal case against a 49-year-old resident of the Gunib district, illegally entered the house of a friend. This is reported by the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Dagestan.

According to investigators, the man decided to enter the house of a friend in the village of Gunib, with whom he was in conflict, to set fire to his property. He used physical force, squeezed the windows and entered the household against the will of the man living there.

Investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the incident. The case was initiated under part 1 of Article 139 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the maximum penalty is up to three months of arrest.
