Severe accident: the driver of the cart died after a collision with the car

In the Altai Territory, the circumstances of the accident involving a car and a horse-drawn cart are being investigated, as a result of which the driver of the cart died, the regional interior ministry informs. The accident occurred on the highway K-03 Zmeinogorsk — Rubtsovsk — Volchikha — Mikhailovsky — Kulunda — Burla.

According to preliminary data, the driver of the crossover could not withstand a safe distance and collided with horse-drawn transport. The blow was fatal: the man suffered injuries incompatible with life, and died on the spot before the arrival of doctors.

On the fact of the incident, a criminal case was opened on violation of traffic rules, which resulted in the death of a person by negligence. The police are investigating all the details of what happened.
