Warehouse insurance has risen ten times
The average tariff for warehouse insurance in the third quarter of 2026 increased almost 7 times compared to the previous quarter to 2% of the value of the property. In annual terms, the growth was 13-20 times. This follows from a joint study of the service "Polis.Online" and ZPIF "Rental Pro" (there is "Vedomosti"). The sharp increase in prices "Vedomosti" was confirmed by insurers, brokers and consultants on warehouse real estate. Their estimates are above the average of the study, as they relate to large objects and full coverage of the risk of terrorism and sabotage.
