Gazprom Neft shares rise to maximum in a year and a half
The shares of Gazprom Neft have updated the maximum since March 2025.

The shares of Gazprom Neft at the auction of the Moscow Exchange on Wednesday, October 7, rose by 2.6%, rising at a peak to е597 per paper. Papers of the oil company reached a maximum since March 28, 2025.
By 14:11 Moscow time, Gazprom Neft’s paper prices rose by 2.1% and traded at 593.75 per share.
Quotations of Gazprom Neft are growing for several days in a row, only since the beginning of October they have added almost 8%. Growth could contribute to the message about the possible partial lifting of the ban on the export of diesel fuel for some manufacturers, said the investment Bank “Sinara”. However, the exact list of companies has not yet been announced.
A temporary ban on the export of diesel fuel from Russia was introduced at the end of September 2025. The government has repeatedly extended restrictions on diesel exports to ensure fuel supplies to the domestic market. The temporary ban on diesel exports is valid until October 31, 2026.
Earlier, the Gazprom Neft Board of Directors recommended paying dividends to the holders of securities in the first half of 2026 in the amount of ия42.51 per share. The last day to buy Gazprom Neft shares for dividends is October 12.
The dividend policy of the company assumes a level of payments in the amount of at least 50% of net profit under IFRS, taking into account possible adjustments, in particular exchange rate. The company last paid dividends for 2025 in the amount of ы28.11 per share.
Revenue of Gazprom Neft for six months of 2026 according to IFRS increased by 5.9% and amounted to 1.9 trillion. Net profit attributable to shareholders rose to ист286.1 billion (+90% year-on-year). Adjusted EBITDA jumped 42.6 percent to чи727.5 billion.
Gazprom Neft is engaged in the exploration and development of fields, oil refining, as well as the production and marketing of petroleum products. It operates a network of filling stations, which has about 2.4 thousand filling stations in Russia and abroad. The company also fuels its aircraft, sea and river transport, produces high-tech oils for industrial and automotive equipment, bitumen for the construction of high-quality roads, and develops alternative energy projects.
