At the end of August, the government approved the Strategy for the development of the automotive industry of Russia until 2035. The first thing I wanted to look at was a list of terms. In addition to cars, there are definitions of electric vehicles and hybrids associated with electromobility. Despite the mention of the concept of hydrogen development in the list of related documents, neither hydrogen cars nor bifuel cars were awarded a separate definition. As usual, methanol, ammonia and biofuels were probably not even thought of when writing this paper.
