Senior lessons
In the educational environment, continuity and transfer of experience from honored teachers to young teachers are especially important. School is like a good family, which must necessarily be representatives of different generations. It is in this dialogue that a living tradition is born. Teachers with many years of experience deserve special recognition. These are people with tremendous experience, with a subtle understanding of child psychology, with the ability to build a lesson so that it is truly remembered. It is impossible to replace this experience – it can only be transmitted. And I want to emphasize that these teachers are the pillars of our school. They hold a high standard of quality, and we must see and appreciate that.
