Very soon, on October 1, 2026, the federal law “On Certain Issues of Regulation of the Platform Economy in the Russian Federation”, adopted a year ago, comes into force. During this time, domestic intermediary digital platforms have come a long way: many of them have committed to comply with the law ahead of schedule. Today we can confidently say that the industry has approached the entry into force of the law prepared.
