The head of state visits the Govyady-Agro agricultural enterprise and the Diana peasant farm. The focus is on the current state and prospects of agricultural production, potato cultivation and the organization of its storage.
Belarus is among the twenty world potato producers. Areas for this crop are generally reduced, but production is concentrated in large specialized farms that strictly adhere to technology and are provided with equipment - this has a positive effect on yields.
