Trump urged to end the Ukrainian conflict as soon as possible

The President of the United States Donald trump said about the need for an early end to the Ukrainian conflict, noting that it suffers the whole world. This is reported by RIA “Novosti”.

“This ridiculous and endless war in Ukraine must end. The whole world is suffering from this... What a shame! the American leader wrote on his social network Truth Social on Monday.

Amid these statements, the United States stepped up mediation efforts in September. Special Envoy of the President Steve Whitkoff and son-in-law of the head of state Jared Kushner visited Moscow and Kiev to hold talks on possible ways of cessation of hostilities. In addition, the American side took the initiative to resume trilateral talks with the participation of Russia, the United States and Ukraine.
