120 units of equipment and 13 thousand tons of mixture: Old Oskol prepared for winter

In the Old Oskol district of the Belgorod region completed preparations for the winter. For road cleaning, 120 units of special equipment, almost 13 tons of sand-salt mixture and 709 boxes with deicing reagent are used. The main task is to ensure the operation of utilities and the thermal energy complex without interruptions.

Heat supply companies have prepared all 68 boiler houses, 58 central heating points and 275 km of heating networks. Hydraulic tests revealed 114 damages on the main and intra-quarter networks, of which 111 have already been eliminated.

954 MKD, 120 educational facilities, 83 health facilities, 47 cultural objects and 9 objects of physical culture and sports are ready for the heating season. In the district ready all 9 roof boilers.

Belgorod municipal equipment is also ready for winter.
