Mortgages bring generations closer together

Having financial obligations – family or mortgage – blurs the generational boundaries between employees. 51% of employers responsible for hiring agreed with this statement: 38% rather agreed, another 13% fully agreed. The opposite position is shared by 26% of respondents: 22% rather disagree, 4% completely. Another 23 percent were undecided.
