On October 5, President Vladimir Putin congratulated Russian teachers on their professional holiday, and also presented state awards to teachers - mentors of special operations heroes. At the meeting, the head of state proclaimed the lines from the work of Fyodor Tyutchev: “Intelligence does not understand Russia, a common yard cannot be measured: it is special to become – you can only believe in Russia.” This is not the first time Putin has quoted the famous quatrains: for example, in 2007 he told it to then-French President Nicolas Sarkozy. When the Russian leader resorted to poetic statements – in the collection of “Vedomosti”.
