How the Supreme Court Discussed Jury Reform
It is important not only to preserve the institution of jury trial – it must be filled with content that meets modern requirements. This was announced on October 13 by Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court (SC) Nikolai Tymoshin during a meeting of the Scientific Advisory Council, which was devoted to changes in judicial proceedings with the participation of jurors.
