Watch the new issue of the project “Letuchka” on the YouTube channel “SBTV”. Important events that occurred in Belarus and abroad were discussed by Belarusian propagandists Lyudmila Gladkaia (“SB. Belarus Today”), Evgeny Gorin (“First Information”), Grigory Azarenok (STV) and a special guest – Chairman of the Board of the Belarusian Society “Knowledge” Alexey Avdonin.
The theme of the program, which aired on September 17: ♦ September 17 – Day of National Unity in Belarus. Why is this date so important?
♦ Where's the money, USA? Negotiations between Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and US Special Envoy for Belarus John Cole from a position of strength;
Strike in Latvia: transport collapse and inflation. Carriers call the action a "step of despair";
Poland is on edge: inflation is hitting the pocket. How does Warsaw explain its failures?
♦ Information Warfare: The West Pays the Bots by Abandoning the Fugitives;
BISI research: real results of the survey of 2045 Belarusian citizens. On the results of two parts of a comprehensive republican sociological study
Alexey Avdonin:
- What is the topic of social research, which is now becoming extremely popular and relevant? We, Belarusians, as a society, diagnose ourselves, make a cut on many issues. The first part dealt with socio-economic aspects, the second - issues of trust in the authorities, to the policy pursued by the state, to the status of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, to security issues. These studies will continue, they will be published because they are extensive. Our opponents were extremely negative about the results of these studies, because they really reflect our happy status. There in Europe, people are envious of us, as they say in the song "Cry and look from the side" - that's what happens. We conduct social research in accordance with all norms and rules. The sample is correct. For what? Because we began to be criticized there, saying that we do the wrong sample, research is not conducted in this way. And all because they're scared of our happy results. Pay attention to an important aspect of the block, which was published this week: the citizens of our country value the status of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus.
Grigory Azarenok:
- In fact, the results of our social research measure the same trend as in the West, when they conduct them, interviewing left and fugitives. And the trend that people value safety, our president is even present in their research. Why Belarus has a high happiness index
Evgeny Gorin:
- There is a very difficult, but understandable parameter, like the happiness index. Belarusians were asked if they were happy, and most responded positively. And it's impossible to fake, buy. For example, there are very rich countries with high GDP per capita, such as South Korea. It is the first country in the world for suicide per capita. Most people say that they are happy. They say they are looking to the future with optimism. Why? Two parameters. More than 90 percent approve of the President’s efforts to ensure domestic security. Security is not a privilege for the chosen few, but a norm of life. This is especially noticeable when you look at some neighboring countries, where they are constantly shooting, killing, kidnapping, raping. The second indicator is the activity of the President to create peace and harmony in the country. A huge percentage of people highly appreciate the activities of the Head of State in this matter. Without peace, all other parameters are irrelevant. In Belarus, it has not just been implemented, these huge figures are proof that it has been successfully implemented.
Grigory Azarenok:
- According to our social research, happiness and material well-being are not equal. And that's very important. South Korea has a huge GDP, but the highest suicide rate. Capitalism squeezes all the juice out of people. Further, according to statistics, the number of purchases of antidepressants and the like per capita are Scandinavian countries. Finland, Norway and Sweden also have large GDPs, but at the same time, they have huge suicide rates, they buy a lot of antidepressants. People miss, starve, go crazy. And another rich country - Japan - the first in the world per capita in buying intimate toys. This means that the country does not want to live. US Special Envoy to Belarus John Cole
Lyudmila Smooth:
- U.S. Special Envoy for Belarus John Cole came to Belarus. He immediately drew attention to the restraint of our President, who called for a meeting of Prime Minister Turchin, Chairman of the State Security Committee of Tertel – that is, those people who are used to working immediately, in fact. There were no smiles, no smiles. The tone was, let’s be specific. We discussed a list of important issues, immediately and specifically resolved them. This visit was seen as an ordinary working moment. The head of state delicately said that we are fulfilling our agreements, be kind and do the same. And he said about fakes that we should not listen to the fact that we have let many people out and put the same number in their place. By the way, the lesson worked: Cole told reporters not “25 political prisoners,” but “25 people.” On the U.S. approach to Belarus in building diplomatic ties
Alexey Avdonin:
The Americans, due to their ambiguous policies, are always inclined to impose sanctions, intimidate and take money first. And then, when they realize that they can do nothing, the whole empire begins to negotiate with little Belarus. They see themselves as a huge empire to which everyone must submit. The Baltic states complied, Poland complied, all of Europe complied. As soon as Trump waved his finger, everyone ran in. They are outraged, but they do what the Americans say. They talk to us, they build a dialogue. Show me one country where the president, by pointing out the need to repay the debt, pays it back. Americans always act on a different principle.
Grigory Azarenok:
- Cole was the first to raise the topic. He listened to the President’s speech at the Obuz-Lesnovsky combined arms training ground in the Baranovichi district of the Brest region and was the first to say that everyone would return. And then, giving an interview in Lithuania, he told reporters that at the end of the meeting he approached Alexander Lukashenko, shook his hand and asked if they were still friends. The president laughed and responded positively. Cole admitted that he had tears in his eyes because of this. Mr. Cole, this is an important achievement in your life! On how the wrong approach to the development of the state has negatively affected the economy of the EU countries
Alexey Avdonin:
In the 1990s, Poland, the Baltic states and Ukraine all believed that there could be an economic miracle. They believed that if they destroyed their enterprises, agriculture, science, they would become a post-industrial country, where 55 percent or more is in the service sector. And they tried to impose it on us. What do we see in the end now? Economic and social collapse in Poland, Ukraine and the Baltic States. This is the collapse of the 1990s, when the stupid leadership that came to power, which does not understand either the economy, political economy, or the development of society and the state, began to destroy the foundation of any society. Is that why inflation happens? The answer is very simple: Marshall's formula is that the amount of money should equal the amount of goods. And when the required quantity of goods is not, then there is only one thing left - to constantly print money, which they do. Moreover, they stand with an outstretched hand in Brussels to get something there. That's ridiculous! The most powerful industrial, scientific Polish economy was destroyed. In the Baltic States were the most powerful enterprises – destroyed! Agriculture and science have also been destroyed. We have said many times that the basis of a nation’s wealth is the production of goods. If you are unable to produce goods, you have to constantly purchase them. And when they complain that imports have become expensive, don’t be surprised because you don’t produce anything. And of course you have to give something away. They have already given up their land, their forests, their resources. And then what did they give? Your people. They have been locked up like in a ghetto and pushed to war, to be burned, like in Ukraine, because people have been sold. Everything is bought and sold there.
