18-year-old resident of Vologda cheated 86-year-old Tambov citizen for a million

In the October district court of Tambov will soon begin consideration of the criminal case against an 18-year-old young man from Vologda. The prosecutor's office of the Oktyabrsky district has already approved the indictment - the student is accused of fraud on a large scale.

According to investigators, the story occurred in July. The attacker did not act alone: as part of an organized group, he acted as a courier. Another participant of the crime, whose case was allocated to a separate proceeding, called the 86-year-old Tambov citizen and introduced himself as an employee of the federal department. By misleading the woman, he convinced her to withdraw all savings from the bank account.

The pensioner agreed and gave the “courier” 990 thousand rubles. Now the young man will have to answer for what he did before the court - after handing over a copy of the indictment, the case is sent for consideration on the merits.
