Shuysk city court upheld the claim of a woman who became a victim of telephone fraudsters.
A 20-year-old resident of the Omsk region was ordered to recover 200 thousand rubles, which the victim transferred to him under the influence of deception.
The attackers contacted a resident of Shuya, the mother of the deceased member of the SVO. Under the pretext of paying for her son's posthumous order, they persuaded her to report a code from an SMS. Then another fraudster, posing as an employee of the FSB, told the woman that an attempt was allegedly made on her behalf to transfer money in support of the AFU, and a criminal case was initiated against her.
Frightened, the woman transferred her savings to "safe accounts" specified by the criminals. During the investigation, it was established that 200 thousand rubles from the stolen amount went to the bank card of a 20-year-old resident of the Omsk region. The victim had no legal obligation to him.
The court seized the property of the defendant to secure the claim and eventually ordered to recover the funds in full.
