+21 degrees expected in Izhevsk on September 23

Forecasters promise that September 23 in Izhevsk will be a really warm day. The air will warm up to +21 degrees, which is significantly higher than the climatic norm for this period. In the morning, after a cool night, the thermometer will quickly go up, and by noon citizens will be able to remove light jackets. Precipitation is not expected, the wind will be weak, southwest.

However, by evening the weather will begin to change. After sunset, the temperature will drop to +17 degrees, which will create comfortable conditions for walking, but will require warm clothes. The difference between day and evening values will be about four degrees, so it is important to dress in layers so as not to freeze outdoors.

This weather is typical for the end of September in Udmurtia: during the day you can still feel the breath of the outgoing summer, and in the evening signs of autumn are already clearly manifested. Humidity will remain moderate, which will make the day especially pleasant for outdoor activities in parks and on the promenade.
