According to the results of the preventive measure “Light Taxi”, held in Tver from 5 to 6 October, 27 administrative materials were compiled, the Department of State Traffic Inspectorate of the city told.

In two days, the traffic police checked more than 90 taxi drivers. Auto inspectors found various violations: driving a car with an unfastened seatbelt, driving without the necessary documents, the absence of valid insurance policies for OSAGO, failure to provide an advantage in movement to pedestrians and not only.

During the inspection, two people were also identified who were illegally engaged in passenger transportation activities. They were taken to the territorial police department. In respect of citizens, administrative materials were drawn up under Article 14.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
