The man found someone else’s wallet on the street and decided to pay with his purchases from someone else’s cards instead of returning the find to the owner or passing it to the police.
In the Oktyabrsky district of Ivanov are investigating the theft of money from a bank account. According to the investigation, a 19-year-old local resident lost her wallet, where 2 thousand rubles and several bank cards were lying. Later in the mobile app, she saw notices of write-offs for purchases in different stores in the city. On one card spent 7 800 rubles, on the other — 1,399 rubles. The total damage amounted to 11 199 rubles.
