33.8 million rubles of debt: the ulyanovsk developer was in arbitration
Financial problems of LLC "Specialized developer "Constructiv" became the subject of proceedings in the Arbitration Court of the Ulyanovsk region

Financial problems of LLC "Specialized developer "Constructiv" became the subject of proceedings in the Arbitration Court of the Ulyanovsk region. Sberbank announced the debt of the company in the amount of 33.797 million rubles and asks to launch the monitoring procedure. At the same time, there is no decision on the bankruptcy of the developer yet.
Most of the financial claims are directly related to the outstanding loan. Overdue principal debt is estimated at 32.74 million rubles, the remaining amount - more than a million rubles - falls on penalties accrued for delay in payments.
The obligations are secured by property rights to housing under construction. We are talking about five apartments in the house No8 on Kazanskaya Street in the Leninsky district of Ulyanovsk. The smallest of them has an area of 41.8 square meters, the largest - 110 square meters.
Now the creditor expects through the court to confirm the validity of its financial claims. At the same time, the question was raised about the introduction of four-month observation for the “Constructive”. For this period, it is proposed to appoint a temporary manager from the Union of SRO Arbitration Managers of the North-West.
The trial is being conducted in case No. A72-8932/2026. In addition to the developer and the creditor, Perspektiva LLC and entrepreneur Ruslan Uzbekov were involved in the process as interested parties. The next court hearing is scheduled for November 2.
Prior to its implementation, a more complete picture of the financial situation of the company will be collected. The developer requested accounting statements, bank account information and other financial documents. It also determines what assets the organization has.
Thus, at the current stage, it is premature to talk about the bankruptcy of Constructive. The court has yet to assess the bank's claims and determine whether there are grounds for launching the first insolvency procedure.
