Not a single fire has occurred in the state forest fund of the region this year. For the second year in a row, the region exceeded the plan for reforestation, and the number of forest violations decreased by 40%.
The region is also reviving the forestry system, which will help to more effectively manage the forest fund and provide residents of non-gasified areas with firewood.
