Vice-Governor Alexander Kalin checked the progress of repairs in the Syasstroy house of social housing

In the Syasstroy house of social housing from May 2025 is undergoing major repairs. The progress of work was checked by the vice-governor of the Leningrad region on social issues Alexander Kyalin, the press service of the regional government reported.

The establishment is currently repairing a food unit and a food warehouse. Tile laying is underway, wall finishing has begun, lighting is being prepared.

Alexander Kyalin stressed that the cosmetic repair of the food unit should be completed in two months. And the improvement of the territory should be carried out before winter. After the repair was completed, he ordered all the necessary equipment to be installed.

The governor also said that the work is under special control. After all, the recipients of the services of the institution are more than 500 people. And all the work is aimed at making their stay in this house as comfortable as possible.
