Hundreds of Kaliningrad fifth graders solemnly joined the ranks of the cadets
In Kaliningrad, more than 800 fifth-graders took a cadet oath. The ceremony was held at the monument to 1,200 guardsmen in the presence of parents and honored guests.

The students promised to study well, observe the code of honor, support their comrades and be faithful to the Fatherland. After the ceremony, the cadets held a solemn march and laid flowers at the memorial in memory of the fallen soldiers.
The oath was also taken by 17 Cossack students from the village of Kornevo. They were handed breastplates "Cadet of Russia". Another 109 schoolchildren from five educational institutions of the Kaliningrad region joined the Cadet movement of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. They were given signs “Cadet of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia”, and each class was given a holiday cake.
