A resident of the Kirov region was fined after he tied fuel hoses to knots at a gas station. This follows from the decision of the Luza district court of September 24.
According to the materials of the case, at about 06:30 the man arrived in an Opel car at the gas station of LLC "Luzskaya oil depot" on Proletarskaya Street in Luza. At the gas station there was a restriction on the release of gasoline depending on car numbers: on even days, cars with numbers starting at 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 were served, and on odd days - at 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9.
The man drove into the territory of the gas station out of turn. As follows from the materials of the case, he first made claims and left, and then returned, went to the fuel dispensers and “began to pull out the fuel hoses and tie the knots on them.” At the same time, he broke the handle of one of the fuel cranes.
The incident was reported to police by an eyewitness. The operator of the gas station, in turn, said that the offender did not react to her comments.
The man himself pleaded guilty for what he had done. As a result, the court qualified his actions as petty hooliganism under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code. When imposing punishment, the court took into account that the man has two young children. No aggravating circumstances have been established.
As a result, he was sentenced to a fine of 700 rubles.
Earlier, in July of this year, a shooting occurred at a gas station in Chelyabinsk. The conflict began after one of the drivers was asked to stand in line, but he refused.
During the quarrel, the man shot another motorist with a traumatic gun and fled. The victim was wounded in the stomach and was hospitalized in the regional clinical hospital.
