Say Agency reveals audit over Kanye West concerts cancelled
The head of the agency said that Say Agency answered all questions of law enforcement in the framework of checking ticket sales and refunds due to the cancellation of concerts

Say Agency CEO and founder Anna Subcheva said the agency answered all law enforcement questions as part of a check on ticket sales and refunds for cancelled Kanye West concerts. She said this in an interview with RBC.
“We have answered all law enforcement questions from our organization. And since we are sitting here with you, we can assume that they arranged them, said Subcheva.
Concerts of the American rapper were scheduled for October 2026 in St. Petersburg. More than 100,000 tickets were sold.
Subcheva said that the funds received from the sale of tickets, the agency sent to counterparties as preliminary payments. According to her, 95% of prepayments were refundable, and refunds to buyers were planned to begin on September 12.
In August, representatives of Gazprom Arena said that the lease agreement with the organizer was not concluded. In September, concerts disappeared from the schedule on West's official tour website.
Say Agency published documents that, according to the organizers, confirmed the approval of the lease of Gazprom Arena, but later some of these publications were removed.
On September 30, Say Agency confirmed the cancellation of Kanye West's concerts. A source close to the presidential administration reported that the concert was not agreed with the city authorities in advance.
On the same day, RBC, citing a source familiar with the situation, said that the police received a request to check for fraud the company of the organizers of the concert of American Kanye West. About the same wrote TASS with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
The concert organizer has already begun to face the claims of ticket buyers. By the end of September, at least ten lawsuits had been filed with Say Agency from ticket buyers.
