The court arrested the former Deputy of the state Duma Doroshenko in the “road case”
The court arrested a former State Duma deputy from United Russia Andrei Doroshenko, who was previously detained in Armavir on suspicion of fraud on an especially large scale.

The court arrested former State Duma deputy from United Russia Andrei Doroshenko, who was previously detained in Armavir on suspicion of fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code), the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Krasnodar Territory reported.
Doroshenko was not elected to the new Duma and therefore lost his parliamentary immunity on September 29, a day before the first plenary session of the new lower house of parliament.
Earlier, sources of RBC reported about the detention of Doroshenko. According to the investigation, he, along with other defendants in the “road business”, including employees of the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Krasnodar Territory, no later than 2017, created an organized group to embezzle budget funds allocated under state contracts for the repair of regional roads.
