Laureate of the contest “Teacher of the Year – 2026”, computer science teacher from the Tver region Alexei Morozov proposed to President Vladimir Putin to create a neural network in the field of education.
He made a proposal at the meeting of the head of state with teachers - laureates of all-Russian professional competitions. Putin supported the initiative.
“We will definitely implement the proposal of Alexei Sergeyevich and taking into account the risks you mentioned, we will not allow education to be simplified,” Kravtsov said.
In September, the Ministry of Education of Russia sent methodological recommendations for teachers, according to which AI in school should be of an auxiliary nature and not replace the professional role of the teacher, and the final decision and responsibility for the use of the results of AI is always the teacher.
