In the Tatarstan village of Koshchakovo, after a truck collision with a load-bearing structure, an above-ground pedestrian crossing over the Kazan-Shemordan road partially collapsed, the Emergencies Ministry of the Republic reported.

According to preliminary data, the truck crashed into the support, after which part of the transition collapsed on the roadway. Traffic in this area was limited and organized bypass.

"At the moment, information has been received about two victims - the driver and the passenger of the truck, the passenger refused to be hospitalized," the statement said.

Rescuers, firefighters, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate and the ambulance crew work on the spot.

In January in Moscow, near the Technopark metro, a dump truck collided with a farm of an above-ground pedestrian crossing. The truck was stuck under the structure, traffic in the area of the accident was difficult.
